UAE and Oman Deepen Collaboration Through High-Level Talks in Muscat

 The UAE and Oman have reaffirmed their strong bilateral ties and commitment to regional peace and stability during a key diplomatic meeting in Muscat. Oman's Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, hosted Saqr Ghobash, Speaker of the UAE's Federal National Council (FNC), as part of an official UAE parliamentary delegation’s visit to Oman.



Discussions during the meeting highlighted the historical partnership and shared vision between the two nations, guided by the leadership of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman. Both sides underscored the importance of expanding cooperation across political, economic, and cultural sectors to meet mutual goals.

A central focus of the dialogue was the role of parliamentary diplomacy in tackling global challenges. Saqr Ghobash emphasized the UAE’s dedication to fostering collaboration through inter-parliamentary efforts, recognizing Oman’s contributions to advancing peace and regional harmony.
