The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) acting as the research arm of ATRC, will lead the charge with a $300 million initiative under the Falcon Foundation..

Dr. Ray O. Johnson, the CEO of TII, emphasized the principles of transparency and collaboration as guiding lights in the journey of AI development. This approach invites global entities to join hands, fostering an environment where the collective wisdom of the global community can contribute to the advancement of AI technologies.

ATRC's Secretary General Faisal Al-Bannai talked about a broader vision of helping nations to thrive and survive in a technology-driven world. This comes along with the idea that advancements in AI should not be confined to a select few but should become a tool for progress on a global scale.

To facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange, the ATRC Global Tech R&D Platform has been introduced. This platform will allow countries to leverage the UAE's expertise across six key sectors to make a collaborative ecosystem for technological innovation.

The UAE's $500 million investment in AI is a step towards a future where technology is used to show commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and collaboration positions. UAE leads in shaping the ethical and innovative development of artificial intelligence.
