In a testament to resilience and fortitude, the MV Abdullah, once held captive by Somali pirates, has finally reached the shores of the UAE. All 23 Bangladeshi sailors aboard, who endured the harrowing ordeal, have emerged physically and mentally unscathed, according to officials.

The vessel, owned by Bangladeshi firm KSRM, was en route from South Africa to Dubai laden with coal when it fell prey to Somali pirates.
