As the holy month of Ramadan approaches,  Dubai Cares  collaborated with the United Nations Department of Global Communications to launch  ‘Gaza In Our Hearts’.  This campaign will extend a helping hand to the people of Gaza who are facing immense challenges, providing them with vital aid such as meals, food baskets, and sturdy tents. In partnership with  Anera (American Near East Refugee Aid),  Dubai Cares is striving to make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by hardship. Leading ‘Gaza In Our Hearts’ is Dr. Tariq Al Gurg, CEO of Dubai Cares, whose mission of community engagement and empowerment shines through. Hi expats and climate enthusiasts!  If you have heard of the COP28 Summit around November-December last year, then you would know that there were many things achieved about climate action. One of which is the UAE consensus, which is  an agreement that unites nations in a landmark response to the Global Stocktake, aiming to achieve the first-ever consensus on transitioning away from fossil fuels in energy systems in an equitable manner.
